Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options on all products:

• Standard courier delivery

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, full courier and tracking details will be provided by email.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Please add your selected items to the basket to view the most up-to-date delivery costs.

Delivery prices apply to UK mainland addresses only.

Dispatch Information

All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched via trusted courier services.
Dispatch times may vary depending on the delivery option selected.

Items are shipped by courier, and tracking details will be supplied once your order leaves our workshop.

Local Collection

If you choose local collection from our Llechryd workshop:

• Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable collection time
• Orders must be confirmed as ready before arrival

This ensures your items are fully prepared and packed for collection.
